Q: How does hot water extraction cleaning work?

Although the Hot Water Extraction is often called “steam cleaning”, this deep cleaning method for washing carpets and upholstery is different from the standard steam treatment. Here is how it works:  

1. A solution of hot water and cleaning detergent is sprayed through a high-pressure nozzle deep into the carpet pile.
2. Simultaneously, a suction nozzle extracts the liquid along with the dirt, grime, bacteria, and allergens from the threads, leaving the carpet sanitised and refreshed. 

Hot water extraction machines absorb around 95% of the liquids. This professional steam carpet cleaning method is suitable for both natural and synthetic rugs and carpets, and for floorings made of mixed blends.

Q: Do you guarantee spots and stain removal? 

We are doing our best, and we use professional-grade cleaning products to remove stains from your carpet. However, we cannot promise a complete spot removal every time. Some stains are from substances that can permanently damage or discolour the carpet fibres. The product significantly prolongs the span of the cleanliness of your floorings when applied right after a deep carpet cleaning. On average, professional steam cleaning takes around 30 minutes per room. However, the cleaning time can vary depending on the size of the room, how many pieces of furniture must be moved, are there any tough stains on your carpet, etc.

Our prices are competitive and based on a regular size UK home. We normally charge per room if it’s a carpet, per seat if it’s a sofa or per square meter if it’s a commercial space. Once we get in touch we would normally ask you how many (and what type of) rooms need cleaning. Typical bedroom normally costs £30-£40 to deep clean but bear in mind minimum call out charges (currently £95) just to cover our expenses.  So the more items you add, the bigger the discount.  Prices may vary depending on the size of the room (sofa/mattress) , the degree of soiling, location, accessibility etc. We are a small family business, so the prices are not subject to VAT or any other extra charges on the day. Q: Is there any hidden fees?

No. Our prices are transparent and remain the same even if the carpets/sofas are bigger or dirtier than expected. We normally have your quote in writing and explain everything in our Terms and Conditions which is a form of a contract. The only charges that may occur are Congestion Charge for Central London and Parking Charges if no free parking is available but you will be notified in advance.
