We have developed a tried-and-tested cleaning process which includes vacuuming, sanitising, stain removal and deodorising your carpets. First we treat all visible stains with the appropriate stain removal product and pre-spray the area with a solution that starts lifting the dirt. Our prices are competitive and based on a regular-size UK home. We normally charge per room if it’s a carpet, per seat if it’s a sofa, or per square metre if it’s a commercial space. Once we get in touch we would normally ask you how many (and what type of) rooms need cleaning. A typical bedroom normally costs £30–£40 to deep clean, but bear in mind our minimum call-out charge (currently £95) just to cover our expenses. So the more items you add, the bigger the discount. Prices may vary depending on the size of the room (sofa/mattress), the degree of soiling, location, accessibility, etc. We are a small family business, so the prices are not subject to VAT or any other extra charges on the day. Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our prices are transparent and remain the same even if the carpets/sofas are bigger or dirtier than expected. We normally provide your quote in writing and explain everything in our Terms and Conditions, which is a form of contract. The only charges that may occur are the Congestion Charge for Central London and parking charges if no free parking is available, but you will be notified in advance.

How long do carpets take to dry?

Most carpets tend to be at least ‘touch dry’ within 2–3 hours after cleaning.

Do you move furniture?

Lounge: We ask the customer to move any light items of furniture (e.g. coffee tables). We will move items such as sofas and dining tables as long as it is practical.

Bedroom: We don’t move wardrobes, but we will manoeuvre beds around the room throughout the cleaning process as long as it is practical.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept cash or card payment (all on completion of the work).
