Carpet cleaners have previously left us feeling disappointed, today using Best Local Carpet Cleaners we was very happy with the results, our light coloured carpets look so clean and the smell is amazing. We are a family of 4 including two messy toddlers, and the house just feels and looks fresh again. They have a great cleaning system, fast, efficient and showed us the lounge carpet half done - the change was dramatic. They kept us informed throughout, nothing was too much bother and the drying time predicted was accurate. I'll definitely use them next once our children have undone their hard work!

Karen was able to arrange an appointment to have the team come and steam clean my carpet on the same day I rang after another company cancelled at the last moment. I was really pleased with the results and the fact that the carpet was only a little damp after they finished. In the end I was glad the first company cancelled!

An outstanding, professional service. I’m a stickler for time and Yorden came 15 mins early. I thought I would have to move the double bed but was informed I didn’t, they had the tools to go under the bed which was great! Within an hour I had my bedroom cleaned, landing and stairs. I have baby milk that spilt on the landing and it was all lifted from the carpet. I was sceptical of drying time but was left with foot covers and informed 1/2 hours drying time. Exceptionally professional! Service received was carpet cleaning. I had a few furniture to move around and they advertised doing so without extra charge. I was really nervous I would get the cold shoulder for being messy, but not only did I not, but he made me feel really at ease and relaxed that he could handle it. Additionally, the service was personal and friendly. I was pregnant and he asked first to ensure I was then congratulated me. I really value this as there are people who come in to do the job then leave, but home is a really personal space so he left with a positive vibe. Additionally, their communication was quick and informational. They required a parking permit, and as I don't have a car in central London I had no clue, and they were able to find me a link to get it done. I was more than happy to do so! Overall, so happy with their service I am dedicating my prevprec pregnancy time and energy to praise them! My last point, my carpet is super clean now and I got free advice on how to look after it. Reduction in price after being told that there was no furniture to move. We love a discount! Excellent communication, sent a text 24 hours in advance reminding me of the appointment, turned up early, did what was needed to be done swiftly, left supply of shoe covers so we wouldn't be walking on damp carpets until it dried. Quick, efficient, friendly Emailed them Sunday, had a phonecall Monday and had them round Tuesday. Product smells great and seems to have done the job.
